About Avakian Jewelry
Infusing unique designs with quality craftsmanship, Avakian Jewelry offers fine rings, earrings, necklaces, watches, and accessories utilizing gems, precious metals, and other fine materials. Celebrating the brand’s 40th anniversary in 2010, Avakian Jewelry operates stores in locales across the world, including U.S.-based retail spaces in New York City and Beverly Hills. Each of the design house’s shops is constructed in intimate settings, featuring cherry wood and Venetian marble.
In 1985, Avakian Jewelry introduced a store on Rue de la Fontaine in Geneva, and opened a second location at the Grand Hotel Kempinski (formerly the Noga Hilton) the following year. In 1999, an inaugural London retail space opened at the current Jumeirah Carlton Tower Hotel, and a second London boutique opened on 165 Sloane Street in 2002. Avakian Jewelry contributed to Moscow’s first-ever World Fine Art Fair the following year, operating a location in the city’s Hotel Ararat Park Hyatt.
The firm returned to its headquarters in Geneva in 2007, opening a second luxury store in that city on the Rue du Rhone. The Beverly Hills Avakian boutique at the Beverly Wilshire Four Seasons Hotel premiered in December of 2008 with festivities to mark the occasion. In December 2010, the company launched its Manhattan store located inside the Four Seasons Hotel.
A member of the Rodeo Drive Committee and the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce, Avakian Jewelry supports the Brent Shapiro Foundation for Alcohol and Drug Awareness, the Beverly Hills Fire Department, and the Alfred Mann Foundation.
